Description
CFM systems are self contained diesel fuel quality maintenance systems. They are specifically designed to dry and filter stored diesel fuel to levels that exceed the recommendations of the major diesel engine manufacturers. When a back up generator is called into service the engine must start! Diesel fuel, when processed through a CFM system, ensures instant starts, optimizing generator availability. Using a CFM system also reduces annual maintenance costs. By insuring the integrity of the diesel fuel, disposal of contaminated fuel and annual reservoir cleaning costs are eliminated. Maintaining clean and dry diesel fuel also discourages the growth of algae and bacteria. This eliminates the need to add expensive chemicals and biocide additives, resulting in additional savings. CFM systems are PLC equipped, fully automated, have remote monitoring capabilities and are capable of servicing multiple reservoirs.
